Order Process and Payment Types
You can purchase a license to use any image from AR Stock catalogue.
- Add your photos to the Cart and proceed to the checkout. Upon checkout, you will have an option to pay instantly online with Paypal or send us an email and pay later by other means.
- When phoning or emailing to request a custom license, please include your contact information and usage requirements such as industry, circulation, media, duration etc. Our photography is ideally suited for advertising, brochures, editorial, calendars and many other uses.
- We will provide you with a same-day price quote.
- We accept the following payment types:
Worldwide – Bank transfer, Moneybookers
USA and Canada – Paypal (instantly), Moneybookers, online credit cards, money order
Canada only – business cheque, bank draft
License Types
Majority of the photographs in AR Stock catalog are available for traditional Rights-Managed licensing.
Rights-Managed Licensing
Rights-managed license pricing is based on intended use, media, distribution, duration and territory. When licensing an image, you purchase the rights to use a photo in a specific way.
Royalty-Free Licensing
- This is a simple form of licensing and the flat fee is determined by file size. The fee is paid once and covers all uses included under the Terms of Service.
- The buyer will not know who else is using the image.
Pricing
Rights-Managed license fees are not fixed, and are calculated on an individual basis. There are several factors affecting the price, therefore it would be impractical for us to include rates for each specific use.
However, based on previous licensing, we have established a standard set of prices for the Rights Managed image use. Below is the pricing table with the details of each use type.

| Advertising - Point of Sale: 1 year | $1,250 |
| Advertising - Billboard: Price per campaign, 8 billboards or fewer, 1 year | $2,500 |
Discounts are given for multiple images and package licenses.
