Order Process and Payment Types

You can purchase a license to use any image from AR Stock catalogue.

1. Select your photo(s).
   You can email us directly at enquiry@arstock.com (be sure to note Image ID) or add images to the Lightbox and send your request from the web site.
    
2. When phoning or emailing please include your contact information and usage requirements such as industry, circulation, media, duration etc.
   
   Our photography is ideally suited for advertising, brochures, editorial, calendars and many other uses.
    
3. We will provide you with a same-day price quote.
    
4. We accept the following payment types:
   
   Worldwide – Bank transfer, Moneybookers
   USA and Canada – Paypal, Moneybookers, online credit cards
   Canada only – business cheque, money order, bank draft

License Types

Majority of photographs in AR Stock catalog are available for traditional Rights-Managed licensing only.

Rights-Managed Licensing

Rights-managed license pricing is based on intended use, media, distribution, duration and territory. When licensing an image, you purchase the rights to use a photo in a specific way.

Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive

Non-Exclusive
• License fee is paid each time the image is used, but another buyer can also purchase and use the image under the same license.

Exclusive
• License fee is paid each time the image is used
• The buyer obtains exclusive use of an image under the terms of the license: these terms may affect the use, media, territory and/or duration in which the image can by used by other buyers.
• Rights protection can be an advantage for high-profile projects such as ad campaigns and promotions. Pricing for this type of license varies depending on the terms requested. The fee is typically between 20-30% more to guarantee an exclusive license.

Royalty-Free Licensing

• This is a simple form of licensing and the flat fee is determined by file size. The fee is paid once and covers all uses included under the Terms of Service.
• The buyer will not know who else is using the image.
• The buyer should check that the image has the appropriate releases before using the image where a release is required.

Pricing

Rights-Managed license fees are not fixed, and are calculated on an individual basis. There are several factors affecting the price, therefore it would be impractical for us to include rates for each specific use.

Our pricing is determined with the help of photo pricing software and charts, and is competitive with rights-managed photo prices at any major stock house.

Discounts are given for multiple images and package licenses.
